Troubleshooting contracts
This type of contracts is concluded in such cases, when the customers apply for unusual services, for provision of which it’s not enough just to be a good investigator, legal adviser, psychologist or IT-specialist. It requires the ability to “see the wood for the trees”, to think out-of-box, and to look for non-traditional approaches and unusual solutions. The term “trouble-shooter” is rather new in our country, but has been widely used in the West for a long time. More detailed information about this term you can read here.
