Open (continuous) contract

Such contract is concluded in such cases, when it is impossible to determine the final service cost, definitive list of services and period of their provision in the first place. In this case, a general investigation plan and approximate list of actions is defined at the consultation. This list can be corrected as the work progresses, both upwards (if the things that have been done are not sufficient for achieving the result) and downwards (if we managed to achieve success at an earlier stage). Payment is made by instalments called “contract steps”. Based on each step’s result the Customer receives a report and takes a decision on whether to continue or terminate the investigation.
